Commercial insurance FAQs

Given how risky it is to own a business, you would think that every business would have commercial insurance. Unfortunately, that isn’t true. About 40% of businesses don’t have commercial insurance. When a business is hit by a peril, it stands a good chance of not surviving if it doesn’t have commercial insurance. At Coosa Valley Financial Group in Rome, GA, we are independent insurance agents who work for our customers to find the right coverage for their business.

Can my commercial insurance be customized?

Yes, commercial insurance policies are individually customized for individual businesses so that you pay for the types of coverage you need and don’t pay for things that won’t benefit your business. We sit down with our clients to come up with a policy that is effective and affordable. We have access to some of the best carriers in the business, which give our clients the best choices.

If I rent my business location, do I need commercial property insurance?

Yes, commercial property insurance covers a lot more than just the physical building. It covers your tools, machinery, office equipment, raw materials, and inventory. It protects all the things you need to conduct business. It can be a business saver.
